Job summary

PlayCore in Fort Payne, AL, is seeking a production associate to produce quality plastic parts through molding and secondary operations. You will identify, process and complete tasks, manage equipment for inventory, and report daily production with attention to safety.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic reading of blueprints, color vision, and the ability to work long hours on any shift, including weekends and overtime. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred (1 year).
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old with solid work experience.
• Must be able to visually distinguish colors.
• Promotes the company’s mission and values-based culture by producing a quality plastic part.
• Identify, process and complete molding and secondary operations for quality parts.
• Manage equipment inventory to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate equipment including hoist, grinders, drills, routers, forklift, etc.
• Accurately report daily production.
• Willing to work long hours, any shift including weekends and overtime.
• Maintain safety and a clean working environment.
• Read and understand the work schedule board and blueprints to meet daily production goals.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor/lead.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and the work area remains clean.
