Job summary

TrafFix Devices, Inc. is seeking a Roto Mold Associate to set up roto molds and remove finished products while ensuring quality specs are met. You will assemble/disassemble molds, monitor machines, test for defects, and assist with material and color changes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Successful candidates will follow safety guidelines, work reliably, and contribute to a team focused on quality. This on-site role includes comprehensive benefits and regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication to work with teammates.
• Ability to follow safety procedures while using equipment.
• Ability to follow established procedures with instruction.
• Reliability and punctuality in completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down roto molds for production.
• Monitor roto mold machines during operation.
• Remove and clean excess material from products.
• Inspect products for quality using defined specs.
• Test products for defects with water or air.
• Assist with material, color, and product change procedures.
• Customize and label finished products with decals and stencils.
• Cut wires and wrap products as needed.
