Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring leader, invites recent graduates to join the ASPIRE Leadership Development Program as a Supply Chain Associate. You will rotate through Transportation, Delivery Ops, Distribution, and Logistics to develop broad operational insight and leadership capabilities.

The program targets individuals with 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and permanent US work authorization, offering rotations across multiple locations

Qualifications

Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master's degree in Supply Chain Management
Excellent academic record with GPA requirement (minimum 2.7)
0-2+ years of relevant work experience (internships preferred)
Experience in Manufacturing is a plus
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Permanent work authorization in the United States
Willingness to learn on the job through rotational assignments at multiple locations
