Responsibilities

• Summer Associates are placed on a specific team for the duration of the program, providing meaningful experience within a particular business area.
• Opportunities may be available in areas such as: Investment Operations, Investment Enablement, Global Business Services, Additional Business & Operations Functions.
• Across these teams, Summer Associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze data and business challenges, develop recommendations, identify opportunities to improve business processes, and collaborate across functions to support Capital Group's priorities.
