Job summary

Freyrecruitment is seeking a Rotational Stewardess to join a private yacht programme aboard a West Palm Beach-based interior team on a 4:2 rotation. The yacht will stay in West Palm Beach until April, with a potential to travel later.

The interior is led by an experienced Chief Stewardess; there are opportunities to train aboard the other yacht and broaden exposure to a larger interior operation. We are targeting a candidate with roughly 10–12 months of yacht experience who is eager to learn,

ROTATIONAL STEWARDESS | PRIVATE YACHT PROGRAMME

A private yacht programme is seeking a Stewardess to join its established interior team on a 4:2 rotation.

The yacht will remain in West Palm Beach until April, with plans to potentially head further afield thereafter.

The interior is overseen by an experienced Chief Stewardess who also leads the interior operation aboard the programs larger motor yacht. The vessels operate independently, but the wider programme has a collaborative approach, with crew supporting one another when required.

There may also be opportunities to assist and train aboard the other yacht, providing valuable exposure to a larger interior operation and additional variety within the role.

Three Stewardesses are onboard at all times working as a team of Chief Stew plus 2 Stews, with three rotating across the programme. The successful candidate will join two established team members.

This could suit a Stewardess with approximately 10-12 months of yacht experience who is no longer green but remains keen to learn, develop and grow with the programme. You should be confident maintaining high standards and taking on greater responsibility over time.

The programme is currently quieter, with usage expected to consist mainly of weekends and day trips. Standards remain high whenever the owners and guests are onboard.
