Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking Speech and Language Therapists (SLT) to join our Dundee teams in a rotational Band 5 post. You will work across Royal Victoria Hospital and Ninewells Hospital, gaining experience in acute stroke, rehabilitation, and outpatient services within a supportive team.

HCPC registered therapists will benefit from Flying Start Programme support, RSCLT competencies, supervision, and a 9-day fortnight option.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is mandatory.
• SLT role in Dundee with rotations between RVH and Ninewells.
• Band 5 post with Flying Start Programme support.
• RSCLT competencies support and band 5 peer supervision.
• 9 day fortnight flexible pattern available.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and rehabilitate communication difficulties.
• Work across SLT departments in Dundee and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with SLT support workers and the MDT.
