Job summary

Bosch invites ambitious graduates to join its 24‑month Rotational Development Program for Power Solutions as a Software Engineer. You will rotate through four assignments, work with diverse teams, and receive mentoring from executives and peers while developing leadership skills.

In this role you will contribute to powertrain controls, embedded software design and testing, learn requirements engineering, and deliver technical documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar area with controls engineering focus.
• Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to work with international teams and time zones.
• Geographically mobile: willing to relocate within the U.S. (and possibly internationally).

Responsibilities

• Support change request management, requirements engineering, system and software architecture design, and testing activities.
• Develop, analyze, and debug both low‑level and application software, with exposure to security, safety, and project management topics.
• Execute delivery testing to ensure software quality and compliance.
• Analyze customer-reported issues, root-cause investigation, and lead them to resolution.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to internal system and software improvement initiatives.
