Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is offering a Sales Trainee – Non Exempt program in Raleigh to immerse you in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations. This approximately 24‑month rotation will build a strong foundation for a future Account Manager role within the company.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail‑oriented, and excel in time management and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong negotiation, detail orientation, and communication skills preferred.
• Proactive, time‑manged, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend online and in‑person trainings at various locations.
• On‑the‑job training and mentoring.
• Establish and maintain relationships with solar customers.
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers.
