Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, sales, or related experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Sales Trainee orientation program with emphasis on product knowledge, warehouse operations, customer service, sales, and marketing support.
• Learn the sales process across outside, inside, counter sales, and project management.
• Respond to inquiries, quote prices, provide delivery specs and payment terms.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Learn to complete operational documents and reports such as counter sales reports and shipping documents.
• Become proficient with computer tools and systems used in daily operations.
• Work in rotation across branch, warehouse, and project environments to understand operations and logistics.
• Shadow sales calls as needed.
