You'll rotate through phases covering warehouse operations, counter sales, pricing and procurement, and vendor relationships, culminating in a career discussion with your Profit Center Manager to align with your goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Read, write, speak English.
• Able to learn and operate applicable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries, and truck maintenance.
• Participate in vendor product knowledge sessions.
• Complete related online courses to supplement learning.
• Gain experience in counter sales, assist customers, and maintain display areas.
• Engage in pricing, margins, bids, quotes, procurement, and scheduling.
• Develop relationships with vendors and participate in joint sales calls.
