Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership.
Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to drive for company business.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to learn software systems used in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Participate in a multi-year rotational program across sales, operations, and profit-center management.
Phase 1 involves receiving, shipping, and processing returns.
Phase 2 covers counter sales and vendor relations.
Phase 3 focuses on pricing, bids, procurement, and scheduling.
Phase 4 includes career discussions with the Profit Center Manager.
