Hines is launching the Early Experienced Rotation Program, a two-year program designed to expose you to development and investment management. You will rotate across disciplines, interface with senior leaders, and receive mentorship to accelerate your career path.

Participants start in June 2027 and may rotate through multiple locations including Houston, Chicago, NYC, DC, Atlanta, LA, and San Francisco, gaining hands-on experience in underwriting, portfolio management and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, Economics, or related field.
• Graduation date between Dec 2026 - May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across development and investment management.
• Interface with senior leaders and mentors; participate in multiple disciplines.
• Understand underwriting, portfolio management, capital markets, and investor relations.
