STO Building Group is seeking a Rotational Project Engineer in Stamford, CT. You will direct, coordinate, and execute assigned projects through formal rotations in Estimating and Operations, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and safety focus while managing subcontractors, reviewing reports, and supporting pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred in construction, engineering or management.
• 0–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and completes assigned projects and tasks through formal rotations.
• Participates in estimating rotation: amendments/change orders, schedule and budget discussions with client, architect and engineer.
• Performs site coordination, manages subcontractors, reads blueprints, and ensures timely project reporting and closeout documentation.
