Job summary

Structure Tone, LLC is seeking a Rotational Project Engineer in New York to oversee planning, organization and completion of projects across two rotations: Estimating and Operations. You will coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, develop vendor lists, and manage schedules, budgets and reporting per company standards.

Responsibilities include attending pre-construction meetings, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred in construction, engineering, or management.
• 0–2 years of related experience or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and completes assigned projects and tasks across rotations (Operations and Estimating).
• Discusses schedule and budget with client, architect and engineer; prepares reports and schedules.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, vendors and owners; attends pre-construction/bid meetings.
• Reads blueprints, interprets specifications and ensures on-site activities meet plans and safety standards.
