Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to rotate through Soil and Clean production areas, supporting linen receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading for hospital deliveries.

You will learn to operate multiple pieces of production equipment and adapt to area needs based on production levels and staffing. Employees are expected to learn all equipment, rotate between positions, and meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various positions within Soil and Clean production areas.
• Learn to operate production equipment as needed.
• Perform essential duties in Soil Operations (sorting returned soil linen) and Clean Operations (Catcher, Hand Fold, Ironer, Shipping Clerk).
• Assist with loading carts, staging, and moving carts between areas.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards in all tasks.
• Support maintenance and supervisor instructions when issues arise.
