Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas, learning to operate equipment and assist with linen flow from receiving to loading for delivery to hospitals.

Employees will be positioned based on production needs, with a learning curve of 2–5 days per area, and a focus on teamwork, safety, and quality standards in all duties.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Must be able to rotate between production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple production positions to handle soil and clean areas.
• Learn and operate production equipment as needed.
• Meet quality and safety standards in daily tasks.
• Move between positions as required to meet production needs.
• Assist with loading finished carts for delivery.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in sorting, washing, ironing, and packing.
