Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas, learning to receive, sort, wash, dry, iron and load linens for delivery to hospitals. The role requires flexibility to move between stations as needed and to adhere to safety and quality standards.

Employees will learn multiple equipment operations, with a typical ramp-up of 2–5 days per position and two-week competency goals.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soil bags and pre-sort classifications for washing.
• Float between positions on the production line to sort linens safely and quickly.
• Move empty carts to cleaning areas and ensure carts are cleaned and ready for use.
• Rotate through soil and clean production roles as assigned, adhering to safety and quality standards.
