Job summary

ATI is hiring Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering graduates for a three-year rotational program based in our Western Pennsylvania facilities, including Latrobe. Participants will rotate through various operations to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing and engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

BS in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Internship in manufacturing is a plus.
Familiarity with process models and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve processes to meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and address quality costs.
Dispositions for out-of-spec products and resolving defects.
Interact with production staff daily on quality issues.
Lead yield and product quality improvement projects.
Ensure products meet customer specifications.
Interface with customers to resolve complaints and rejections.
Collaborate across operations to support rotational assignments.
