Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across multiple disciplines to learn roles and how they fit together.
• Manage loan pipelines ensuring timely and accurate operations.
• Perform loan reviews to verify quality within risk appetite.
• Work in customer contact or back-office roles as assigned.
• Develop routine departmental reports and spreadsheets (analyses, history, financial).
• Complete data review, research and reconciliation tasks.
• Participate in CAM Operations Development Program activities.
• Follow risk and regulatory standards; escalate issues as needed.
• Promote inclusion and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit/regulatory points promptly.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
