A warm, active family in Norfolk, Connecticut is seeking an experienced, full-time rotational nanny to care for their three young children: a 3-year-old, a 1-year-old, and a newborn. The position is shared with a second full-time nanny on a rotating schedule, so strong communication and smooth handoffs are central to the role.

The family travels to their New York City residence and internationally; dogs are present, so comfort with pets is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience.
• Significant newborn and infant care experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Passport-ready and willing to travel frequently, including internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive care for three young children, including a newborn.
• Manage daily routines (meals, naps, diapering, dressing).
• Plan developmentally appropriate activities at home and in the community.
• Coordinate outings, classes, playdates, and appointments.
• Support newborn care while keeping older children engaged in the mornings.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain children’s spaces and tidy play areas.
• Handle children's laundry and clean up after meals and snacks.
• Communicate clearly with parents and the rotating nanny for consistency.
