Carrier Enterprise invites recent graduates to join its New Graduate Rotational Program 2026/2027. The Management Trainee program provides hands-on learning across sales, distribution, and support functions with a focus on customer experience and career growth.

Participants will rotate through residential/commercial sales, wholesale/branch, and warehouse operations, gaining broad exposure. Upon successful completion, trainees pursue roles in sales, store operations, finance, and marketing while

Qualifications

• Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel during the training period.
• Relocation upon completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month cross-functional rotational program across sales, branch operations, distribution, and support functions.
• Develop product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
• Prepare for future roles in sales, warehouse, finance, marketing, or operations after program completion.
