Interns will begin on the factory floor to gain hands-on understanding of core production operations, from popping to packaging and quality assurance, before transitioning into a specialized area based on interests and strengths. The program provides mentorship from experienced team members, exposure to multiple departments, and real projects that contribute to operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (all years and majors welcome!)
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-player
• No previous production experience required – just a curious mind and a great attitude!

Responsibilities

• Interns will start on the factory floor to gain hands-on understanding of core production operations—from popping to packaging and quality assurance.
• From there, interns will have the opportunity to transition into a specialized area based on their interests and strengths, such as Marketing & Branding, Operations & Logistics, Quality Control & Continuous Improvement, Engineering & Maintenance, Human Resources & Organizational Development, Sales & Customer Relations.
