Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, and demonstrate mechanical reasoning, reliability, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical reasoning to understand equipment and processes.
• Reading comprehension and basic math for shift tasks and reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment and adapt to change.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and safety-conscious behavior.
• Effective communication and willingness to learn through rotations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and rotate through core team operations and leadership development.
• Maintain timely progress through training and skill development.
• Perform safely and accurately to support Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and Customer 1st initiatives.
• Read equipment standard work before operating machinery and follow Kroger practices.
• Collaborate with team and training lead to sustain pace of development and meet objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and assist others as needed.
