Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to join our plant team and rotate through soil and clean production areas. You will learn to operate equipment, assist with receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading linens for hospitals and medical facilities.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, plus strong teamwork, safety awareness and adaptability to move between roles as production needs require.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees will be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.
• Adheres to quality and safety standards; able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through soil and clean production areas as assigned to meet production needs.
• Learn and operate production equipment used in receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading linens.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout all duties.
• Move carts and materials between stations; assist with loading for delivery to facilities.
• Support maintenance and supervisors by identifying and escalating issues as needed.
