Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate across Soil and Clean operations, learning equipment and supporting all stages from sorting to loading. You will handle soil sorting, cart preparation, folding, ironing, and shipping duties, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires adaptability to production needs and teamwork across shifts. Employees may be assigned to either Soil or Clean areas based on production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Willing to rotate between Soil and Clean production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open customer returned soil bags (approx. 45 lbs each).
• Pre-sort classifications and sort linens on soil belt.
• Move empty carts to cleaning areas and reuse zones.
• Maintain cleaning and prepping of carts for Clean line loading.
• Assist with Hand Fold, Ironer, and Catcher tasks as assigned.
• Ensure quality and safety standards and notify supervision of issues.
• Help load finished carts for delivery and support other positions when needed.
