Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program in Minneapolis designed to jumpstart your professional career. You’ll gain hands‑on knowledge through rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management, and Service Management to prepare you for future leadership roles.

You will work with experienced managers, participate in sales activities, analyze data, and benefit from Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or expected within six months.
• Active driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
