Hajoca Corporation’s East Division offers a Management Development Program designed to train future leaders in our plumbing and construction supply business. The Management Trainee will rotate through Warehouse & Counter, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Leadership & Operations, gaining hands-on experience across the company's core functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to work in all areas within the region applied.
• Strong desire to lead a team and run your own business.
• Experience leading teams, groups, clubs, or sports teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, or social contexts.
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and take-charge attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Entry-level experience in supervision, sales, operations, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program phases: Warehouse & Counter (9 months), Inside Sales (6–9 months), Outside Sales (2 years), Leadership & Operations (6 months).
• Work with contractors and customers; gain product knowledge and field experience.
• Travel to other profit centers in the region to learn operations and sales processes.
• Lead teams and contribute to running a multi-million-dollar business upon program completion.
