• Must be willing to travel regionally during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through the six-month rotational Career Leadership Program, gaining hands-on experience in live operations.
• Exposure to multiple plant areas including poultry, pet food and animal nutrition plants, with experience across supply chain, sales, finance and continuous improvement.
• After graduation, placement into a Production Supervisor position within the region or business unit agreed upon.
• Participates as a team member, supporting development and implementation of team concepts and policies.
