Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking motivated professionals to join its six-month rotational Career Leadership Program designed to prepare you for Production Supervisor roles across poultry, pet food and animal nutrition plants.

You will gain hands-on experience in live operations, with exposure to supply chain, sales, finance and continuous improvement, plus leadership development through classroom training, mentoring and on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be familiar with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Industry experience: preferred in a food processing organization.
• Minimum Education: 2 years of education with 2 years experience or a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in production environments during graduation into a Production Supervisor role.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety in multiple plants within the region.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of new program participants.
• Participate in site rotations across six months to gain broad operational exposure.
