Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration of projects and support engineering, requisitioning, procurement, subcontracting, expediting, testing, operations and logistics activities per schedule and budget.
• Report to Project Management and supervisor; follow up on activity, risks and deviations.
• Enforce QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate involvement of group operating centers and partners on the project portion of work.
• Coordinate engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations.
• Ensure vendors' documents are reviewed and returned on time.
• Assist in preparing documents required by contracts and authorities.
• Provide information and data for activities within the disciplines' areas of responsibility.

Job Description

• Assists in the daily administration of projects.
• Participates, within areas of responsibilities, in the development of engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget, and contractual specifications.
• Assists in reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up on activity, critical deviation of activities, and/or potential risks.
• Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility.
• Coordinates the involvement of Group operating centers and partners working on the project for the assigned portion of work.
• Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations.
• Participates in ensuring that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
• Assists in the preparation of documents required by contracts and authorities.
• Provides information and data necessary for activities within the disciplines' areas of responsibility.
