Job summary

MJ's Enterprise Data team offers a 12-week internship with hands-on, rotational exposure across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI Development. You will work on real projects, write SQL queries, and build Power BI reports while applying .NET, Python, and other languages.

The program culminates in a capstone project and a presentation to MJ associates and leadership, enabling practical business impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and eligible Summer 2027 for internship.
• Completion of data structures and algorithms and database design by Spring 2027.
• Exposure to data analysis and/or data visualization, with SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Software Eng, Data Eng, and BI Dev and contribute to development, SQL, data processing, and Power BI reporting.
• Capstone project solving a real business problem with a presentation to leadership.
• Support quality through testing, documentation, data validation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to grow professional skills.
