Job summary

Citi’s Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24‑month rotational leadership program offering development-focused opportunities with structured classroom training, mentoring and individual growth in New York, NY.

As an analyst, you will rotate across core audit areas, assist with end-to-end engagements, analyze data trends and present findings to partners and leadership while pursuing ongoing learning throughout the program.

Qualifications

• At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.)
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting
• Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program
