Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New York, NY is seeking full-time Analysts for a 24-month Internal Audit Analyst Program. You will rotate through core audit areas, assist end-to-end engagements, and analyze data to identify risk patterns.

Strong analytical and communication skills, curiosity, and drive are essential as you develop alongside leadership. During the program you gain hands-on experience in financial services processes, governance, risk management and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or dual degree between December 2026 and June 2027
• No sponsorship required for U.S. work authorization now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas (Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.)
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting
• Complete audit workpapers, assessing design and operating effectiveness of key controls
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program
