Job summary

RTX in Oklahoma City (Tinker AFB) is seeking an Engineering role within the Compression Systems Engineering Group. The position starts with three 8-month rotations across Design, Structures and Project Engineering within the OKC/Tinker AFB Engine Life Management Team (ELMT).

You will collaborate with PW engineers and military customers to support the overhaul of Fan and High Compressor hardware. The program emphasizes hands-on design evaluations, cross-functional teamwork, and exposure to fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Engineering Team supporting engine/hardware investigations and dispositions.
• Execute Design and Structures evaluations and solutions for engine hardware.
• Monitor hardware health for limit updates and the CIP, and repair tasks.
• Engage in a customer-facing role.
