Job summary

Interns will rotate through audit and tax engagements, attend planning sessions, and gain skills in accounting software, with mobility for training and offsite activities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's and/or Master's program with a concentration in accounting.
• At least one accounting course completed to receive a 2028 internship offer.
• On track to complete a minimum of three accounting courses prior to the 2028 internship program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2, with B grades or above in accounting courses and a higher major GPA preferred.
• Final graduation date with academic requirements for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2028 and August 2029.
• Demonstrates clear, professional written and oral communication.

Overview

Our dynamic Rotational Summer Internship allows students majoring in accounting to build a foundation in both Audit and Tax. You will work with professionals at all levels as they provide business solutions to our innovative Silicon Valley clients. We aim to provide an authentic internship experience so all interns can feel confident joining us full-time. We are proud to be a top ranked accounting internship by Vault! Interns will be based out of our San Jose office, but some mobility throughout the surrounding areas is required for training and offsite activities.

Outside of department work, our internship also includes a variety of social events where you will have the chance to connect with fellow interns and co-workers in a more casual setting. Specific socials may vary based on your home office.

The position may require participation in offsite events and activities that involve extended periods of standing and walking for distances of up to two miles. The position may also require extended periods of sitting and the ability to transport a company-provided laptop and other work-related materials weighing up to 10 pounds. The salary range for the 2028 Summer Internship in San Jose is $45-$49 per hour.
