Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a 2027 Accounting/Finance Corporate Trainee for a 6- to 12-month program at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado, with rotations across accounting and finance teams.

You will gain hands-on experience with balance sheet analysis, cost reduction projects, and live assignments, aiming for final placement in a leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree and 2.5 GPA are required, with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum GPA 2.5; ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends; flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across accounting and finance departments with potential for full-time placement.
• Assist in Balance and Income Statement analysis, standard costing, and cost reduction.
• Research accounts receivable, payments, deductions, credits, and maintain proper documentation.
• Lead projects to reduce accounts payable and improve cost efficiency.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to the team and participate in leadership development.
