Job summary

JBS USA is seeking ambitious candidates for the 2027 Accounting/Finance Corporate Trainee program. The 6–12 month curriculum is based at the Greeley, CO corporate office with rotating assignments across accounting/finance teams and hands-on project work.

You will gain exposure to balance analysis, standard costing, and cost reduction while developing leadership skills in a diverse, global company. Relocation may be required as you progress toward a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work different shifts and relocate.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through accounting departments with 3-month blocks; potential for full-time placement on a team.
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Income Statement; standard costing and cost reduction tasks.
• Research accounts receivable, activity, payments, deductions, credits, and write-offs with proper documentation.
• Lead a project to reduce accounts payable and improve cost efficiency.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to the team and support live projects as needed.
• Complete a KPI-driven project aligned with cost effectiveness; present findings.
• Attend Leadership Development Training at the corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement in a leadership role after the program's last 3 months.
