Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara invites New College Graduates to join the Applied Systems Engineering rotation program, a 12-month journey through Architecture, Bring-up, and Production. You'll work with senior engineers on reference architectures, end-to-end integration, and production-ready clusters, gaining exposure to software, performance, and program management aspects.

During four three-month rotations, you'll analyze telemetry, build dashboards, and contribute to system designs, while mentors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience with software development or scripting in Linux, Bash, Python, C, C++, Java, Go, or similar.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Interest in large-scale systems, AI infrastructure, or distributed computing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system-level designs for large-scale accelerated computing environments, including reference architectures.
• Evaluate, prototype, and validate infrastructure technologies (hardware, software, firmware, networking, storage, accelerators).
• Support end-to-end system integration, bring-up, validation, and production-readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Define and document engineering requirements, tradeoffs, and diagnostics.
• Analyze workload and telemetry to identify issues and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, automation, and tools to support detection, diagnosis, and decision-making.
• Present technical work and communicate risks and status in reviews and readouts.
