Job summary

NVIDIA offers a 15-month New College Graduate Rotation Program in Santa Clara where you’ll rotate into new teams every quarter, tackling real technical challenges. You’ll work with experts to help customers bring workloads to life using NVIDIA hardware and software, preparing you to become a trusted technical advisor.

You’ll engage with topics like hyperscalers, AI factories, NVIDIA Cloud Partners, healthcare, automotive, and robotics while gaining hands-on experience and mentors along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field — recent graduate or completing degree by program start date (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with systems engineering, software development, or technical problem-solving.
• Foundational knowledge in GPU computing, AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or systems-level programming; curiosity to go deeper.
• Experience working with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI application development.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineers or non-technical customers.
• Strong debugging instincts and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical engagements involving external developers; analyze workloads and fit NVIDIA’s stack.
• Contribute to scalable architectures and deployment plans for customer solutions.
• Engage hands-on with building, testing, and validating NVIDIA technologies.
• Support customers in solving issues and using NVIDIA tools and platforms.
• Contribute to onboarding materials, demos, and documentation for developers and enterprises.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enable successful deployments.
