Avir at Bowie is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in long-term care), and the ability to manage priorities independently. Weekend coverage is every other weekend with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
