AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our family. The role oversees nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective leadership for the nursing team.

You will monitor resident conditions, escalate concerns, and partner with leadership to improve outcomes. Walk-ins are welcome!

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
