Job summary

Conexus Food Solutions is seeking a Rotating Warehouse Associate to perform forklift operation, picking, loading, cycle counting, and quality inspection in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. The role requires attendance reliability, adherence to safety standards, and capability to work in cold conditions up to -30°F.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse.
• Minimum 2 years of RF scanning experience.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Forklift experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Dock Inspecting and Loading.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between key warehouse roles: Forklift Operation, Selecting, Loading, Cycle Counting and Quality Inspection.
• Maintain attendance and safety; follow prescribed work methods.
• Keep the warehouse clean and comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in cold environments up to -30 degrees.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure timely deliveries.

What You’ll Do

As a Rotating Warehouse Associate this position will require the employee to rotate between several key roles in the warehouse, including Forklift Operation, Selecting, Loading, Cycle Counting, and Quality Inspection. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and computer skills, be adaptable to different tasks, and demonstrate a high level of teamwork and communication skills. This employee must have good attendance, maintain safe work in the warehouse, operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods, keep the warehouse clean, and comply with OSHA and SDS Standards. You must also be able to work in an atmosphere as cold as - 30 degrees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Dock Inspecting and Loading

Physical Requirements: The physical requirements are that you must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 50-60 pounds.

Hourly Rate: $18-$19.00

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
