Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through Soil and Clean production areas, learning each step from receiving to loading finished linens. You will operate equipment and adapt to daily assignment needs to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are team players with a willingness to move between tasks as production demands, able to handle lifting up to 45 lbs., and eager to learn all roles within the plant.

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to rotate through multiple positions within the production process.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil and Clean operations as needed to meet production needs and learn equipment.
• Open customer returned soil bags (approx. 45 lbs) and sort per production standards.
• Move empty carts for cleaning and reuse; assist in loading finished carts for shipping.
• Operate/assist with ironer, folder, and catcher tasks as assigned, ensuring quality and safety.
• Assist shipping clerk duties, weigh carts, and maintain accurate records.
• Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned and maintain standard safety practices.
