Responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety meetings and uphold safety standards.
• Learn scrap metal identification, processing, and inventory practices.
• Rotate through operations, transportation, logistics, and commercial functions.
• Support daily facility operations, including material receiving and inbound/outbound coordination.
• Shadow commercial teammates during supplier and customer visits.
• Assist with market research, prospect identification, and sales preparation.
• Learn how pricing, resource levels, and logistics influence decisions.
• Complete a summer-long project and present recommendations to leadership.
