Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through the laundry plant, supporting linen processing for healthcare facilities. You will operate equipment, sort soiled linens, load and unload machines, and prepare textiles for delivery.

You will also fold, iron, and build carts, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Training on all equipment typically takes 2–5 days per role, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to rotate across roles.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Good recordkeeping, analytical, and safety compliance skills.
• Willingness to learn equipment quickly, typically within 2–5 days per role.

Responsibilities

• Sort, load, and unload linens in Soil and Clean areas, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Operate machinery such as sorting belts, folder machines, ironers, and carts.
• Perform quality checks, identify stained or damaged items, and decide on re-washing or removal.
• Engage in rotating tasks like folding, ironing, cart building, and shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, move between roles as needed, and support other duties.
