Job Summary:
As a Rotating Equipment Specialist, you will leverage Infinite Uptime’s state-of-the-art technology to analyze machine data, diagnose faults, and provide critical insights to top-tier industrial clients across the U.S. market. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global team, interact with U.S.-based customers, and contribute to enhancing machine reliability across industries. Key Responsibilities:
· Interact with U.S.-based customers and teams, providing insights and solutions based on machine condition data.
· Utilize Infinite Uptime’s Predictive Diagnosis platform for real-time and predictive analysis.
· Prepare and circulate detailed diagnostic reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
· Collaborate with client’s maintenance and reliability teams to ensure improved operational efficiency.
· Work closely with field engineers for on-site troubleshooting.
· Maintain and manage data to provide cost-benefit analysis to clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Educational Qualification: Mechanical Engineer.
· Certification: ISO Category II or III Vibration Analyst certification (mandatory).
· Proficiency in vibration analysis tools and software (e.g., CSI, SKF, PRUFTECHNIK).
· Experience: 5+ years in vibration analysis and condition monitoring.
· Strong knowledge of spectrum analysis, waveform analysis, and modal analysis.
· Experience working in steel, cement, paper, power, or similar heavy industries.
· Preferred to have worked with bearing manufacturing companies.
Required Skills
· Ability to compile technical data into clear and concise reports.
· Strong English communication skills (written and oral) for client interactions
· Work Schedule: Must be available to work in U.S. business hours.
