Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with mechanical aptitude.
• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and basic shop equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and rotating equipment under supervision.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and repair specifications.
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
