Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Green Bay Broadway facility in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the Logistics Department. You will help ensure smooth operation of our production and logistics processes, working in a team-oriented environment.

The role features a rotating 12-hour shift, with days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour plus a $3.00/hour shift premium, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environments or completion of a post-high school manufacturing/industrial program.
• Ability to operate equipment to defined standards and monitor control systems.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product targets.
• Monitor and input data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care and routine maintenance.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Follow strict safety rules and wear required PPE.
