RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste.
2. Responsible for leading machine crew with setups and changeovers by mounting printing plates and/or cutting dies.
3. Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets required dimensions and there are zero material defects.
4. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
5. Problem solve when issues arise with machine.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and possess problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
5. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1. Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
2. Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
