Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Whey Lactose Bagger to join our team located in Roswell, NM. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and a major supplier of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains, and distributors.

The Whey Lactose Bagger position involves safely loading bags/totes onto packaging equipment, ensuring proper weights and measures, performing general housekeeping duties, and adhering to food safety standards in compliance with Leprino's SQF standards.

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $20.32 and $21.78 per hour. Additionally, a night shift premium of $1.25 per hour applies for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM.

We Ask of You:

• Inspect packaging equipment and materials.
• Package whey powders.
• Load totes and/or bags onto pallets for warehouse inventory.
• Maintain good housekeeping, including cleaning dryer buildings and surroundings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Monitor bag quality before storage.
• Perform visual inspections and operate equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor scales and palletize materials following SOPs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime for a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to work at least 8.5 hours per shift.
• High accuracy in completing work assignments.

Language and Technical Skills:
